Jacquelyn Wong is a member of our Hong Kong office. She focuses on investment fund transactions, in particular the formation and ongoing maintenance of hedge funds. Prior to joining us, Jacquelyn was an associate in the financial services team at Deacons. There she assisted funds managers based in Hong Kong, China, Luxembourg, Ireland and the United Kingdom to set up various types of investment funds, including hedge funds, exchange traded funds, UCITs and Hong Kong-domiciled retail funds.
